Final silica rule released
1,772 page document released by OSHA
The new silica rule was rolled out this morning by OSHA. Our initial take is mixed. There are changes to the rule and some seem positive.
We will be back with a better summary likely early next week after we have had time to review and evaluate the 1,772 page document.
