Words: Mason Contractors

Each year, the Mason Contractors Association of America presents the C. DeWitt Brown Leadman Award to an individual who has provided exemplary leadership in advancing the masonry industry. For 2022, Don Foster of Masonry Cosmetics received the prestigious honor.

All of the individuals who have received this prestigious award have demonstrated a tireless dedication to our industry through years of volunteer support and hard work.

Don received the award because he has dedicated his life to the advancement and progress of the masonry industry. Most recently, he has been working to help the MCAA engage with brick producers.

In addition to his work building bridges, he has innovated and worked diligently to assist in growing the MCAA’s membership utilizing his vast network. Over the last few years, Don has become one of the largest advocates to help build the MCAA's influence.
