Project Description
Built for long-term viability, permanence and efficiency, YWCA Opportunity Place fits seamlessly and beautifully into the Belltown neighborhood of downtown Seattle. The seven-story building was completed in 2003 and was funded as part of the YWCA's landmark $42.7 million capital campaign.
Through the generous donations of community artists, Opportunity place uses art to enhance the building's brick exterior. J&S Masonry, Inc. participated in the artistic development of the building by laying units of different colors in YW and CA patterns at the top and bottom of brick pilasters.
