Project Description

In order to meet the design goals, natural stone and split faced masonry was utilized at the entry and base of the building with group face masonry delineating the one storey elements. A complementary colored clay brick veneer was utilized to highlight the second storey elements. Porcelain and ceramic tile was selected for use on the floors of high traffic and lobby spaces and on floors and walls of the restrooms throughout the facility. Interior and exterior materials were selected and detailed to specifically maximize the life of the building while minimizing maintenance costs.
