Project Description

Since its opening in October 2003, the Lillis Business Complex has become a popular campus landmark and a key pedestrian gateway to Memorial Quadrangle. This four-story, 140,000-gsf facility houses the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. It connects three existing brick structures, including the historic east and west wings of Gilbert Hall. These buildings, which face onto the same courtyard, play an integral part in defining the architectural character of the campus. Brick was chosen to integrate the new building within its historical context and to provide ease of maintenance, durability and energy-efficiency.
