Project Description

The Turtle Creek Residence boasts of old world masonry with its Classic Italian Romanesque Architecture. The design architect Erith and Terry out of London, England designed this 7.5 acre lot around the main 28,000sf house incorporating an expansive amount of hardscape and a 5 car garage inclusive of servants quarters, and a mixed use cabana and guest house. DBI performed all load bearing cmu, Interior and Exterior Limestone, Granite, and Marble.

This project total construction time was 2 1/2 years and had a total stone and masonry cost of almost 8 million dollars.
