Architect:

Project Description
The Village at Schneithorst is a $9-million mixed-use development. It features 32,000-sf. of new commercial construction, plus the renovation of an existing restaurant. A rich brick veneer was selected to appeal to the development's upscale clientele.
Replacing a landmark German restaurant, the new construction is designed with a modern interpretation of Old World Bavarian architecture, as expressed through masonry. This treatment is at its most striking in the herringbone squares that reference the old structure's signature square timbers. The abundant detailing included on even the rear elevation illustrates why the Village at Schneithorst is already winning acclaim as St. Louis's newest landmark.
