Project Description
A key design goal of this project was to deliver a community landmark through the creation of timeless architecture. To that end, masonry was the material of choice for both exterior and interior applications.
The exterior building walls are clad with concrete and brick masonry veneer. A combination of integral colored split-fact and ground face concrete masonry laid in horizontal bands forms a strong rusticated base to the building and visually anchors the structure to the ground. Above the concrete masonry base the building is clad in a traditional red brick veneer.
