Project Description
Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic’s new 3-story, 50,000 square foot facility is designed to showcase their cutting edge approach to diagnosis and therapy. The building began accepting patients in May of 2009 with 6 physician exam pods, a full x-ray suite, and a state-of-the-art physical therapy gym. Cockrill Design & Planning situated the structure to take maximum advantage of the beautiful site in the Dowell Springs development. The masonry scope combined both brick and Rockcast veneer on the interior and the exterior of the building to achieve an interesting and modern cutting edge appeal. Rock cast and brick materials on the interior stairwells, planters, and sanctuary area help to create a warm natural environment that patients find calming and serene. Construction Cost: $9,000,000
