Project Description

Located on Church Street in the heart of Downtown Orlando, 55 West will be the cornerstone of vibrant, urban living. The 32 floor high rise features residential condominiums with the first two floors consisting of a grand lobby featuring retail and restaurants. 55 West-The Esplanade offers a park-like setting with fountains, trees and outdoor dining, creating a neighborhood setting in the center of the city. The 12th floor of the parking garage has an open air pool and spa surrounded by lush landscaping and tables shaded by umbrellas, lounges, outdoor bar and covered pavilions.

The building contains approximately 115,000 Glen Gery Flaggstaff Modular Brick with Ivory Buff Colored Mortar; 4,200 sf Sanddrift Arriscraft Stone; 140,000 block; 37,000 feet of joint reinforcing; 7,700 sf of flashing; 2,000 bags of colored mortar; 13,400 bags of block mortar; 22,500 cy of grout; 1,785 feet of pre-cast lintels; and setting 135 lf pre-cast sills and 338 pieces of misc. pre-cast shapes.
