We will discuss how and why productivity should be analyzed, and what data is critical for improvement. Focus will be placed on three major factors that affect productivity: industry, management, and labor. Productivity improvement strategies and implementation will be discussed. Finally, the concept of a paradigm shift in the industry will be introduced.
