Tom Vacala
Tom Vacala has been with Restore Masonry since 1985, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing workloads of $10 to $30 million per year with over 100 employees. He directs the supervision of project progression, oversees crew sizes, creates project budgets and schedules, acts as a liaison between owners, architects, and general contractors and aids in estimating potential projects, ordering materials and equipment, the adoption of technology, maintaining a safe jobsite, and developing the company’s next generation.
Tom was born into the trade and has worked as a Laborer, Tuck Pointer, and Bricklayer, and has received numerous masonry industry awards. He is a frequent contributor to MASONRY Magazine.
