Joslin Named MCAA Minnesota State Chairman

Words: Mason ContractorsDavid Joslin, Vice President of Donald R. Frantz Concrete Construction, LLC (St. Paul, Minn.) has been appointed to the position of MCAA Minnesota State Chairman.

David graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BS in Civil Engineering. He has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years, with 16 years in the masonry industry. He has been a company owner since 2010, and worked as project manager/estimator on numerous MC&MCA award winning masonry projects.

Throughout the years, David has given his time to the industry and served in a number of positions including Management Trustee on the Minnesota Cement Masons Pension Fund, Management Trustee on the Minnesota Cement Masons Health and Welfare Fund, former board member with the Minnesota Concrete and Masonry Contractors Association, and Chairman and board member of the Minnesota Fair Contracting Foundation.
