How the Technology Works: A Step-by-Step Breakdown

Step 1: Creating the Digital Mesh with the 3D Scanner

The process begins with the Einstar Handheld 3D Scanner Pro, the key to creating a "digital twin" of the physical wall. The scanner uses Infrared VCSEL structured light, projecting a safe, invisible pattern onto the wall's surface. A high-resolution camera captures the distorted pattern, creating a dense "point cloud" that is then used to build a highly detailed and dimensionally accurate 3D model, or "digital mesh."

Step 2: Evaluating the Scan with AR Glasses and Software

Once the mesh is created, the analysis begins. The user interacts with the software through the Rokid Air AR Glasses. The AR glasses function as a wearable, private monitor, projecting a massive, high-definition virtual screen.

Instead of looking down at a small laptop screen, the user can look straight ahead and see the Wall Evaluator software interface. This allows them to easily compare the physical wall with its digital twin and the analysis results, creating a truly interactive and heads-up experience.

The software, running on the computer, performs the actual evaluation by comparing the newly created mesh against the pre-loaded digital rubric.
