Extech acquires stone supplier, fabricator
Acquisition will enhance capabilities and increase its breadth of service
Extech Building Materials, an industry leading provider of building materials and services for professional builders and contractors announced that the company has completed the acquisition of Pasvalco, a natural stone supplier and custom stone fabricator in Closter, NJ with a long reputation for quality and integrity.
“We are extremely pleased to enhance our capabilities to serve clients with the addition of Pasvalco to the Extech team,” said Extech President Tim Feury. “As we continue to build on our reputation for providing quality products and reliable service, the addition of this masonry supplier, with more than 50 years experience in the building stone industry, will add to our strength and breadth of service as well as continue to expand and improve our operation.”
The acquisition further extends Extech’s product line by broadening its offerings of stone veneers and pavers, as well as adding the unique ability to custom fabricate stone into various architectural designs and configurations.
Extech’s extensive operating network, branch locations, equipment and resources serve the greater New York Metropolitan area, including western NJ and eastern Pa. Commercial and residential customers depend on Extech to meet all their restoration and masonry needs.
