Words: Mason ContractorsThe Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Transitioning to a Leader - Using Authority Effectively ” on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM CDT.

Often people who are the best performers get promoted into leadership roles. While they may have excelled in doing things on their own, many unique challenges come in getting the work done effectively through others.

This interactive webinar gives an overview and awareness of these challenges, and then shows how to focus on the things that matter most in getting people moving in the right direction. This session provides practical solutions and tools to implement on the job. It is also good for learning how to help others transition to leadership.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.
