Metabo's new Fillet Weld Grinder is light-weight and easy to maneuver.
Metabo Corporation, a leading international manufacturer of professional grade portable electric power tools and abrasives for industrial, construction and welding applications, now offers the KNSE 12-150 Fillet Weld Grinder ideal for finishing various metals including stainless steel. The new extended nose grinder is used for finishing and polishing hard to access fillet welds typically found on handrails or inside welds on enclosed areas.

The KNSE 12-150 is a special tool with an extremely flat design that enhances the tool's overall operation and maneuverability. Weighing just 6.6 lbs and equipped with Metabo's Marathon motor, this new tool is designed with double gear reduction for extreme power delivery.

Standard features include a winding protection grid, auto-stop carbon brushes and thumbwheel for speed preselect. The Vario Tacho Constamatic (VTC) full-wave electronic speed control feature keeps the tool's speed nearly constant under any load.

Safety features of the -150 include an electronic soft-start, a toolless adjustment for the grinder's protective cover, overload protection and a power interruption protection.

The KNSE 12-150 can take a weld from raw to mirror finish using the available accessories.
