Husqvarna adds representatives to sales team

Words: Cate StratemeierHusqvarna Construction Products, a manufacturer of equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries, recently added new representatives to its sales team and has awarded promotions.

Effective March 9, 2015, Larry Anthony joined Husqvarna Construction Products as District Manager for Distribution Sales in Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle. Anthony has over 25 years of construction industry sales and customer service experience, which will be a tremendous asset to Husqvarna and customers. Welcome to the team, Larry!

Matthew Higgins joined Husqvarna on March 9, 2015 as the District Manager for Distribution Sales in Arizona. Higgins has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry; working for his father’s concrete business at 14. Throughout the years he held many different jobs - including working with an underwater marine construction company salvaging boats after Hurricane Sandy and as a foreman in charge of demolition crews working in steel mills with torches and 80 ton cranes. These experiences enable him to relate to every person within a construction organization. Matthew is excited for new challenges and working with customers.

On March 16, 2015, Jonathan Papp become Husqvarna’s District Manager for Distribution Sales in Central and Northern Florida. Papp previously worked for a general contractor responsible for project management and business development. He was most recently a sales representative for one of the largest concrete suppliers in the Southeast. Having been in the industry for over 10 years - as a builder, material supplier and now equipment sales - Papp brings a lot of knowledge and expertise to Husqvarna and he will be a wonderful resource to our team. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a licensed building contractor throughout the Southeast.

Matt Younginer has been recently promoted to National Account Manager - Heavy User Sales. Younginer has been with Husqvarna for over 20 years and was previously a District Manager for Heavy User Sales. He began his new role on March 9, 2015. Congratulations, Matt!

On March 9, 2015 Tom Luburic accepted the position of District Manager for Heavy User Sales in Georgia and South Carolina. Luburic was previously the East Region Diamond Tool Specialist for the Heavy User group. He has been with Husqvarna since October 2014. He started his new position on March 9, 2015. Congratulations, Tom!

Christophe Delavoye joined Husqvarna Construction Products on April 20, 2015. Delavoye is the new District Manager for Heavy User Sales serving Northern California (Visalia to the Oregon border) and North Nevada (Reno). Delavoye has over 20 years of experience interacting with customers in the marketing and sales environment. Seven of those years were in residential and commercial development projects. He will be a great addition to the team. Christophe was born and raised in France and speaks fluent French and Spanish.

Effective May 1, 2015, Kevin Galbreath began his new position in Distribution Sales as District Sales Manager serving New York. Galbreath was previously District Manager for Latin American Sales in the Caribbean. In August, he will have been with Husqvarna for five years. Congrats, Kevin!
