Anelise Viola Stobbe

Anelise graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in marketing. Over the course of her career, she worked in customer-service and event management roles before being hired as a Relationship/Events Manager for the MCAA. She is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers in the Masonry Alliance Program (MAP), identifying opportunities for business growth, resolving customer complaints, and planning events from beginning to end for the MCAA Midyear Meetings and World of Concrete meetings. She possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills and works closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
