Lafarge, North America and Mirant Corporation announced that they have signed a long-term agreement under which Mirant will supply synthetic gypsum to Lafarge.
Lafarge announced that it completed the purchase of a cement terminal in Memphis, Tennessee, from Angelle Concrete Products Group LLC.
