ABOUT
The purpose of the Mason Contractors Association of America's (MCAA) GEN NXT Committee is to steer initiatives like industry research and organize events designed to welcome younger people into the MCAA and the industry. The committee also helps put together Contractor Roundtable Discussions. It focuses on growing Generation Next and supporting the next group of masonry leaders by providing opportunities for young people to participate and showing value to company leadership so they encourage participation.
