Announcing Our First-Ever Member Engagement Coordinator, Madelyn McConnaughay

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Madelyn McConnaughay as the organization's first-ever Member Engagement Coordinator. Madelyn will be developing campaigns and outreach to ensure that mason contractors are using the full extent of their MCAA benefits, including newer Business Savings Programs like Dayforce, Discount Tire, Lowe’s, Malta Dynamics, Statheros, Yokohama Tire, and more. 

"I come from a background in the trades and have a deep appreciation for the hard work and dedication that defines this industry," said Madelyn McConnaughay. "I am genuinely excited to get to know our members and help them make the most of their relationship with the MCAA. With my education in Communications, I look forward to creating meaningful engagement opportunities and fostering strong connections within our community. Together, we can keep building a vibrant and supportive network for masonry businesses."

Madelyn McConnaughay's appointment comes at a pivotal time for the MCAA as the association sharpens its focus on maximizing innovation and member benefits. This role underscores MCAA's unwavering commitment to the people who spend every day keeping masonry strong.

Madelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in General Business from Iowa State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has previously worked as a Public Relations Intern at Wet & Forget, where she utilized exceptional communication skills and leveraged social media platforms to create strong brand awareness.
