Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Administrative District Council of Eastern Missouri recently recognized this year’s “gold card” recipients, marking 50 years of union membership at its annual summer retiree luncheon on June 1 in Fenton, Missouri.

They were congratulated by union leaders including Tile Setters Local 18 President and Business Representative Mike Weber, ADC of Eastern Missouri Secretary-Treasurer Michael Fox Sr., ADC of Eastern Missouri Director Brian Jennewein, and Bricklayers Local 1 President and Business Representative Terry Daniels, along with Local 1 Business Representative Donald Engle and Local 18 Vice President and Business Representative Anthony Bono.
Additional Bricklayers Local 1 members recognized but not pictured included Daniel Gilman, Ernest Long, Kenneth Crick Jr., Leonard Doorack Jr., Michael Diemert, Richard Korn Jr., Steven Barchet, Mark Brown, William Clark, and William Meek.

If you’re tracking workforce needs, recognition events are also a practical prompt to keep service records current, identify veteran hands who can mentor younger workers, and make time for jobsite coaching before retirement arrives.
