Helpful Reminders For the Field
One of the most useful parts of the new feature is the clock-in reminder notification. When an employee arrives at a jobsite but hasn’t clocked in yet, CrewTracks can send a notification reminding them to do so.

This simple nudge can help eliminate one of the most common time tracking issues: employees clocking in and out somewhere else, rather than on the jobsite. Instead of then correcting timesheets at the end of the week, crews can handle it right when it happens.

Crew leaders can also use the mobile app to create their daily schedules and help ensure their teams are set up for the day’s work. From there, employees can quickly clock in directly through the app, keeping the process simple and consistent.

Geofence Logging uses location-based technology to give a clearer picture of the employees’ time tracking with the job sites they’re actually working on. When a crew member arrives at or leaves a geofenced job site, CrewTracks can automatically log those events. This can provide you with extra insight into when employees are on-site without adding extra steps for the crew.
