How to Create a World Class Organization webinar

You may work for a good company and you are wondering how to take it to the next level. In this interactive presentation, Dr. Anderson reveals the secrets in his book, How to Create a World Class Company, so you will understand just how to do that. In this research-based presentation, Dr. Anderson will share the mistakes that many companies make and how to overcome them on the way to greatness.

In short, great companies start with great leaders. Once your management team understands how to lead effectively it is critical to know how to create a team around this nucleus of leadership. Finally, this team must execute effectively in order to achieve greatness. Dr. Anderson will share the lessons he has learned from consulting with companies all over America that will help propel your organization to the top of your industry.
