Words: Noah AccordBon Tool Co. has acquired Wha-Lite Corp. and the operating assets of the Chicago-based tool company for an undisclosed amount.Bon Tool will continue the manufacture of select Wha-Lite magnesium products while maintaining Wha-Lite tool specifications and the company's tradition of providing contractors with lightweight tools.
