North Carolina Apprentice Competitions

Words: Brandy ShaverThe North Carolina Masonry Contractors Association, Inc. (NCMCA) will take part in several apprentice competitions during the next two months.

The NC SkillsUSA State Conference Masonry Contest will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum, April 16-18. For more information, call Glenn Barefoot at 919-807-3887.

The Annual Eastern N.C.High School Masonry Contest will be held at the Adams Products Company in Kinston, NC, on May 12. For more information, e-mail Nancy.St.John@Oldcastleapg.com.

On May 19, the NCMCA Masonry Apprentice Skills Contest will be held at CEMEX in Winston-Salem, NC For information, call 828-324-1564.
