It led Damian to strike out independently, driven by a blend of ingenuity and determination learned from early leadership roles.

Damian places significant weight on attitude and work ethic. “To me, attitude is everything. If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right,” is his philosophy. He fosters a culture that hires based on these values, avoiding negativity and rewarding effort.
