Given the unprecedented interest in the 2022 MCAA Midyear Meeting's Speed Dating availability causing an early sellout, we are announcing all remaining Midyear Meeting sponsorships today. Unlike our Speed Dating availability, this release is available to all MCAA Members at the same time. We anticipate releasing 2022 MAC PEC Golf Outing sponsorships for the Midyear Meeting within the next few weeks. 

There are several sponsorships available. Some of these may be familiar to previous sponsors and attendees, but there are a few new options available. Below is an outline of the available sponsorships and what is included with each. 

NEW Lake Geneva Sunset Dinner Cruise Sponsorship – ($6,000 each) – One Of Three Available: Make a splash by being one of three sponsors of the new, included event for all attendees. Includes:

  • Social Media Branding
  • Opportunity To Provide Gift For All Attendees
  • Photo Sponsorship Including Step + Repeat Banner At Dock
  • Pull-Up Banners At Food + Beverage Stations
  • Branded Cocktail Napkins
  • Hanging Banner On Side Of Boat

NEW Speed Dating Lounge Sponsorship – ($4,000) – One Available: Access Speed Dating Participants during two 15-minute breaks in the Speed Dating Event. Includes:

  • MCAA + MASONRY Magazine Coverage
  • Social Media Branding
  • Signage/Literature At Food + Beverage Stations
  • Set Up Displays/Product

Attendee Room Drop Night #1 – ($2,500) – One Available: Provide all attendees a special gift in their room, from your company! Includes the local treat, a custom message from your team, and a one-page piece of literature about your company. Items placed into rooms on Sunday, August 14th in the evening. 

Attendee Room Drop Night #3 – ($2,500) – One Available: Provide all attendees a special gift in their room, from your company! Includes the local treat, a custom message from your team, and a one-page piece of literature about your company. Items placed into rooms on Tuesday, August 16th in the evening. 

Hall of Fame Keepsake Program Cover Ad – Two Available – ($1,250 each): Stand out during the Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony & Dinner Presented By SOLA with one of two available inside covers in the Hall of Fame Commemorative Program. Ads due by July 11. First right of refusal for local, national industry associations and groups. 
Hall of Fame Keepsake Program Full Page Ad – ($850 each): Congratulate our inductees and help us celebrate their achievements during the Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony & Dinner Presented By SOLA with a full-page ad in the Hall of Fame Commemorative Program. Ads due by July 11.
