Western Specialty Contractors promotes Genovese

Words: Jennifer BaiceanuWestern Specialty Contractors (formerly named Western Waterproofing Company) has promoted Steve Genovese to Branch Manager of its Chicago Concrete Restoration Branch in Chicago.

Genovese started his career at Western's Chicago branch as an Assistant Sales/Project Manager, then spent the past nine years in the position of Sales/Project Manager and, most recently, Assistant Manager. The branch serves customers in northern Illinois.

"Steve has been diligent through internal and external training and building his base knowledge for the Branch Manager role," said Jeff Kelley, President, Western Specialty Contractors.

Genovese has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University.
