Words: Mason ContractorsThe Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Effective Leadership Communication” on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 10:00 AM CDT.

Better communication is always is a top “wish list” item; it is where the “rubber meets the road!” That is, a person may be highly intelligent and skilled, but to be a successful leader they must also communicate well in order to get things done effectively through others.

This interactive webinar gives useful tips and insights into practical communication and how to prioritize communication proactively. The four basic communication styles will also be discussed, and how to best communicate with each style.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Effective Leadership Communication” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
