Makita has expanded its lineup of concrete hammers with a new 1 9/16-inch AVT Rotary Hammer that has 45 percent less vibration and 20 percent more impact energy than the previous model. The new HR4013C is engineered with enhanced Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT), a synchronized, three-component system for significantly less vibration. The result of the enhanced AVT is a vibration rating of 5m/s². Makita AVT is an internal counterbalance system that greatly reduces vibration for increased user comfort and greater efficiency.
