First Timers Tool Kit

Have you always wanted to attend the SAIA Annual Convention & Exposition but just didn’t know how to justify your attendance? Well we can help you do that. The SAIA has created a first timers tool kit that gives you tips on how to present your attendance to your company, explains the cost of attending a convention and provides a supervisor letter template for you to use. Inaugural Scaffold Building Rodeo

Presented by Scaffold Dawgs this is a first time event that will be hosted in Austin, Texas on Monday, July 28, 2014 during the SAIA Annual Convention & Exposition at the Central South Carpenters Regional Council - Carpenters & Millwrights Training Center. Scaffold Dawgs is a social media group that has over 6,500 members that are committed to the safely building scaffold. Austin Safety Stand Down

The SAIA will join OSHA and their efforts to prevent falls in construction. July 29, 2014 has been designated as Austin Safety Stand Down day. The SAIA would like Austin construction sites to stop what they are doing at some point during the workday on Tuesday, July 29 and do a safety meeting. Training

The SAIA-U has a portfolio of world class, industry-recognized training programs that will be offered in Austin on Sunday, July 27. If you need training or your current training card is older than 3 years, this is where you can take the classes. Are you interested in becoming an Accredited Training Institute (ATI) of the SAIA curriculum? Come early and take our Train the Trainer class.
