SG Blocks, Inc. welcomes two new Directors to its Board

(SG Blocks or the "Company") (OTCQB:SGBX), a developer and producer of innovative construction solutions utilizing code-engineered cargo shipping containers, announced the addition of Marc Bell and Frank Casano to its Board of Directors. Mr. Bell has served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Vector Group Ltd. (NYSE:VGR) since 1994. Mr. Casano has been the Principal and Executive Vice President of Air City International Forwarding Group, a cargo transportation entity, for the past 30 years.

"Marc and Frank are both savvy and seasoned business leaders and we look forward to benefitting from their insights and experience as Board members. It will be invaluable to have their participation," said SG Blocks CEO, Paul Galvin.
