How to use HPAs to set clear expectations

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Improving Team Performance with High Payoff Activities and Performance Discussions” on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM CDT.

Now that your Leadership High Payoff Activities are in place, what about your team’s HPAs?

This session will give participants an awareness of how to use HPAs to set clear expectations and communicate them with their team. The session looks at how HPAs can be used to develop simplified job descriptions, employee scorecards (self measurement) and ongoing performance discussions, which are highly effective, empowering and promotes teamwork.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Improving Team Performance with High Payoff Activities and Performance Discussions” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
