High Payoff Activities and Performance Discussions Webinar

Words: Mason ContractorsThe Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “High Payoff Activities and Performance Discussions” on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at 10:00 AM CDT.

High Payoff Activities (HPAs) are the six prioritized activities a person should be spending at least 80% of their time in, for maximum impact.

This interactive webinar will help participants see the value of having clearly established HPAs for themselves and others, and what the value of this would be. HPAs then become the foundation to have Performance Discussions with people, to set clear, measureable actions that will help people move to the next level of performance. It will demonstrate the use of the HPA tool to establish position priorities, and walk through the use of the Performance Discussion form.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Learn the value of establishing High Payoff Activities and practice using the HPA form.
  2. Understand how HPAs can facilitate effective Performance Discussions and see how implement these productive discussions.
  3. Have an awareness of how to keep the performance improvement alive, with HPAs and Performance Discussions as the foundation.
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “High Payoff Activities and Performance Discussions” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
