The second part of the estimating session will show attendees how to become more profitable by coordinating job costing and accounting. Items to include in overhead and how to budget overhead for estimating will be addressed. Attendees will observe and analyze estimating practices, percentages and calculations typical for a construction project and learn tips that can be incorporated immediately. For maximum success participants should attend Part I dealing with strategies for determining essential labor, equipment and profit.
