Many leaders struggle with how to best develop the next generation and how other generations are motivated. This interactive webinar helps participants see the value of having clearly established High Payoff Activities (HPAs) for everyone, and how this becomes the foundation to promote regular Performance Discussions with individuals. These discussions set clear, measureable actions, engaging people in moving to the next level of performance.

The webinar will demonstrate the use of HPAs to establish position priorities, and then walk through the use of the Performance Discussion form (which is based on a person’s HPAs).
