Improved communications and shared resources are an instant way to positively impact a project’s timeline and budget. Unfortunately, the idea of “cloud” asset management is still an intimidating concept to individuals throughout the industry. Learn how online management can empower all levels of a company from field crews, to office processing staff and department managers with the tools needed to efficiently manage, set out (stakeout), measure, report, and deliver. Within cloud based solutions, you can easily visualize all projects, quickly and directly chat to users on any job site, and receive measurements, reports, and / or job files in real time from field crews anywhere in the world. This innovative technology has begun to penetrate the mainstream business operating system and is often a completely scalable solution to fit any size business.

Attendees participating in this course will:

  1. Learn and identify how cloud-based asset management can help streamline your business
  2. Gain knowledge and insight into using this technology to manage your company’s workflow process
  3. Discover how to navigate online software through live demonstrations
  4. See how cloud technology can be tailored to meet your specific business needs
