This session will provide a one-hour rundown on how to read financial statements, including profit and loss statements.

If You Want World-Class Operations, Focus on the Foreman

What sets world-class contractors apart from average and struggling contractors? World-class contractors all have incredible talent at the foreman level. That is not to say company leadership, business strategy, project management, etc., are not important, but operations without great foremen always struggle to achieve anything but mediocrity. During this session several of the universal truths that foremen and their companies need to remember will be unveiled.

Lunch is included.

Closing Dinner

Thursday, February 5, 2015 - 5:30 - 8:30 PM
Morton's The Steakhouse

The MCAA Convention closes with a dinner at Morton's The Steakhouse, where we'll induct the newest members of the Masonry Hall of Fame.

Morton's has grown to over 69 restaurants, but the vision is the same today as it was when they opened their first restaurant in Chicago in 1978. Quality. Consistency. Genuine Hospitality.

Since day one, Morton's has used the same suppliers for their aged prime beef and other meat. If it doesn't meet Morton's standards, it doesn't get cut for their steaks. When they say that we offer "The Best Steak... Anywhere," they mean it!
